Kenneth Klint is responsible for the operation of Staalsen Construction Company.  His integrity, financial acumen and business insight provide solid leadership for the company.  His understanding of the construction process, insight into project needs and responsiveness to clients and associates reflect the value and service of Staalsen.

Ken directs all financial, legal, insurance matters, and is responsible for the implementation of all Staalsen policies including the safety program.  He is hands on in the review of all documents, trade contracts, subcontractor qualifications and scope implementation, and oversees the monitoring of costs, quality control and scheduling.

Ken serves as the chair of the Executive Board of Skokie Valley Baptist Church and as Vice President of The Converge Cornerstone Fund.  He served on the Lincolnwood Planning Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals and Development Board for 12 years and is active in ministries in the Chicago and Michigan area.
