Richard Hendricks joined Staalsen Construction Company in 2005, bringing 30 plus years of field and office experience to the company.  He began his career as a labor, becoming a carpenter while earning his associate’s degree in architecture.

Richard’s ability to organize and construct highly complicated projects through detailed planning, broad experience and one of a kind innovation are apparent.  He is skilled in value engineering and has a particular proficiency in determining costs from the conceptual phase of a project through 100% completion.

Richard is recognized for his work with commercial and industrial clients as he provides an uncommon level of technical knowledge and seasoned expertise in facility expansions, manufacturing processes and renovation projects where existing facilities must remain fully operational and/or where specific sensitive conditions must be maintained throughout the construction process.
