Over 35 Years Experience
Richard St. Marie (Rick) is the grandson of Henry Staalsen and has been involved in the construction industry for 36 years. He became a journeyman carpenter with Staalsen in 1976 where he was employed as a carpenter and eventually as the general superintendent until leaving to begin his own business in 1984 where he gleaned intrinsic field and office experience, and an authentic know-how in estimating, construction management, construction processes and building science.
In 1994 Rick went to work for a respected industry service company where he helped develop a construction unit for their company. He worked as the manager of Construction Services until returning to Staalsen Construction in 2012.
Rick rejoins Staalsen as a project manager specializing in the area of commercial, industrial and church building work. His diverse project portfolio includes new construction, additions and renovations, remodels, manufacturing/retail build-outs as well truss assessment and repair.
