At Staalsen, every project manager is a construction manager, in that our team, in the office and in the field, regularly spends the bulk of their time bringing together our own, and hired labor and equipment, subcontractors and suppliers with consistent oversight of all financial parameters and requirements.  As project managers we plan and schedule all work, communicate requirements to all parties and clearly document all activity.  We are proactive in anticipating needs and potential changes unforeseen in a project and are adept to efficiently and concisely resolve them.

Construction Project Management is the overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception to completion aimed at meeting a client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time within authorized cost to the required quality standards.
